Freshly appointed SVP, Ceridian Multi National Services, The International subsidiary of Ceridian Corporation appointed KLA to conduct a rapid independent operational, processes and technology assessment for their specialist International Payroll Business, involving, 10-days of interaction, assessment and fact-finding.

 

Presentation of findings and strategic recommendations led to extended engagement of KLA to facilitate and deliver cost and solutions effective CRM system linking 1500 contacts, 200 customers and 50 International fulfilment vendors driving compelling benefits.  Additionally, delivered essential and complementary business measures solution to underpin Vendor & Business efficiencies to step-up customer experience.

 

Delivery of this work(s) initiated a further group engagement to review their Off-shored accounts payable operation – this initiative was sponsored by the Group CFO.

 

Upon presentation of findings, recommendation and execution options the client opted to implement the KLA work(s) from within their in-house resources.
